The Ensign Group, Inc.'s Underwriters Exercise Over-Allotment Option
MISSION VIEJO, Calif., Nov 20, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX News Network/ -- The Ensign Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign(TM) group of skilled nursing and rehabilitative care services companies, today announced that the underwriters in Ensign's recent initial public offering have exercised their over-allotment option in full and purchased 600,000 shares of common stock from the selling stockholders at the initial public offering price of $16.00 per share, less the applicable underwriting discount. The exercise of the over-allotment option brings the total shares sold in the offering to 4,600,000.
D.A. Davidson & Co. was the sole book-running manager and Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated was the co-manager for this offering.
