(NASDAQ:ENSG), the parent company of the Ensign™ group of skilled nursing, rehabilitative care services, home health care, hospice care and assisted living companies, announced today that it acquired the real estate and operations of two skilled nursing facilities in Arizona. The acquisition was effective September 1, 2017, and includes:
Desert Blossom Health and Rehabilitation Center, an 88-bed skilled nursing facility located in Mesa, Arizona; and
Pueblo Springs Rehabilitation Center, an 115-bed skilled nursing facility located in Tucson, Arizona.
